Forestry Mulching to Open the View
This client wanted to open up the view from their back porch, so we used forestry mulching to clear back the overgrowth and create a more open sightline into the property. The finished area gives them a much better view from the porch and makes its easier to enjoy watching deer and other wildlife across the property

Property Reclamation
Nearly 5 acres of heavily wooded, unusable land behind the home were opened up by removing trees and forestry mulching. Selected trees were removed and the logs were sold to help offset part of the project cost, while forestry mulching cleared the remaining brush and overgrowth to create a cleaner, more usable area and preserve the trees the customer wanted to keep.

DRAINAGE & EROSION CONTROL
Driveway Drainage & Erosion Control
This property was dealing with drainage and erosion issues along their driveway. We reworked the area and added rock to create a more controlled path for runoff, helping improve water flow and reduce future washouts and erosion.

Creek Erosion Control
After erosion along the creek began threatening the area around this client’s new horse barn and fire pit, we installed erosion baskets along the problem area, then backfilled and build the yard back up to help stabilize the ground. The work Helped protect the property, improve safety around the barn for animals and kids, and reduce the chance of future washout.

Backyard Grading, Drainage, & Retaining Wall
The backyard originally sloped toward the house and offered very little flat, usable space. We excavated and reshaped the yard to create a more level area, built a retaining wall, and installed a drainage system to help move water away from the house and prevent it from collecting in the backyard.

GRADING, DRIVEWAYS & SITE PREPARATION
Barn Drainage & Gravel Parking Area
After these clients purchased the property, they wanted to make the barn more usable for storage, but a spring running alongside it was holding water and creating a muddy, unusable area. We excavated the problem area, correcting the drainage, installed a cross pipe to help move water through properly, and rebuilt the parking area with fresh gravel.

Parking Expansion & Property Improvements
The clients wanted to add extra parking while keeping the finished area looking like it belonged with the rest of the property. We handled the project from start to finish, including removal of the existing irrigation, site preparation for the new parking area, fence installation, and new irrigation and landscaping once the work was complete.

Access Road
These homeowners needed a safe and reliable way to reach the back portion of their property. We cut a farm road through the hillside, carefully shaping and grading the terrain to create a durable access road that will serve them for years to come.

Structure Demolition & Property Cleanup
This property was heavily overgrown and had accumulated a significant amount of debris & trash around the existing structure. We completed the demolition, removed the remaining debris, and cleaned up the surrounding property to leave a much clearer, more usable site
