ABOUT US
Middle TN Land Maintenance
Middle TN Land Maintenance is a locally owned and operated company providing professional property maintenance and land services throughout Middle Tennessee. Since 2020, we’ve worked with landowners, homeowners, and businesses to keep their properties maintained, functional, and looking their best.
From routine property upkeep to larger land projects, our focus is on dependable service, practical solutions, competitive pricing, and quality work we’re proud to stand behind.
MEET THE OWNER
TANNER OLIN
Tanner started Middle TN Land Maintenance in 2020, building the business around work he had already spent much of his life learning and doing. His background includes years of hands-on experience in construction and road work, including time with the Williamson County Highway Department. That experience gave him a strong foundation in equipment operation, land maintenance, and working through the challenges that come with different properties and projects.
Today, Tanner remains hands-on in the day-to-day work and brings that experience to each project. He pays close attention to the details, takes pride in the finished result, and works with customers to find practical solutions that make sense for their property.
WHAT WE’RE ALL ABOUT
MORE THAN LAND MAINTENANCE
Locally owned and rooted in Middle Tennessee, we take a hands-on approach to helping customers maintain and improve their properties.
Locally Owned & Community Focused
We’re proud to be a Middle Tennessee business and to work with homeowners, landowners, farms, and businesses throughout the communities we serve.
Hands-On Service
As a small business, we take a hands-on approach to the work we do and stay closely involved in each project from start to finish.
Practical Solutions
Every property is different. We look at the conditions, the work involved, and what you want to accomplish to find an approach that makes sense for the job.
Pride in the Finished Product
Whether it’s routine maintenance or a larger land project, we want the finished work to be something both we and the customer are happy with.
